EV Charger Installation
We install Level 2 home charging on its own dedicated circuit, sized to your car and your panel, and leave you plugging in the same day.
What's Included
- A load calculation on your existing panel so we know the charger will run at full output without tripping anything else in the house.
- A dedicated 240-volt circuit run from the panel to the charger location, in conduit where it's exposed and fished cleanly where it isn't.
- Mounting and wiring of your hardwired or plug-in charger, including the NEMA 14-50 receptacle if that's the route you're taking.
- Permit filing and the city or county inspection handled on your behalf — you don't have to be the one calling the inspector.
- A live test with your vehicle before we leave, plus a walkthrough of the amperage setting and what to do if the unit ever faults.
Questions about EV Charger Installation
Do you install the charger I already bought?
Yes. Bring us whatever unit you have and we'll install it. If you haven't bought one yet, tell us the vehicle and we'll point you at the amperage and connector you actually need before you spend the money.
Will I need a panel upgrade first?
Sometimes. Older Flagstaff homes on a 100-amp service often don't have room for a 48-amp charger. We do the load calculation as part of the quote, so you'll know before you commit — and if an upgrade is needed we can do both jobs on one visit.
How long does the install take?
Most single-car installs in an attached garage are a half day. Detached garages, long conduit runs, or a panel that needs work will push it to a full day, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at in the quote.
