Industrial Electrical System Design & Installation

Power distribution and control systems designed around your process, then installed by the same people who designed them.

What's Included

  • Load study and distribution design: transformers, switchgear, MCC lineups, and feeder sizing built around the process load profile rather than a rule of thumb.
  • Single-line diagrams, panel schedules, conduit and cable schedules, and control drawings issued for construction and updated as-built at closeout.
  • Installation of the designed system — underground and overhead distribution, cable tray, bus, grounding grid, and terminations.
  • Control system integration: MCCs, PLC panels, field devices, and instrumentation wiring tied together and point-to-point checked.
  • Coordination with the serving utility, your process engineers, and other trades so the electrical scope isn't the thing holding up startup.
  • Startup support and turnover documentation your maintenance department can actually work from.

Questions about Industrial Electrical System Design & Installation

Can you work from our engineer's drawings instead of designing it?

Absolutely. We install to issued-for-construction packages routinely, and we'll flag constructability issues in review rather than in the field.

How do you handle expansions on a plant that can't shut down?

We phase the work — build the new distribution alongside the old, pre-terminate and test everything possible while you're running, and reserve the tie-in for the shortest possible outage window.

Do you do arc flash and coordination studies?

We build the system data and coordinate the protective devices as part of design, and we work with study engineers to get labeling and incident-energy documentation in place at turnover.
