- A load study of the equipment you're installing now and what you expect to add, so the service is sized for the building's future rather than this week's purchase order.
- Utility coordination with APS or UniSource: application, transformer siting, metering requirements, and scheduling the cut-over around your operating hours.
- Service entrance, main disconnect, and panelboard installation with correct short-circuit ratings and overcurrent coordination through the distribution.
- Feeders and branch circuits to machinery, compressors, HVAC, and motor loads, with disconnects and starters where the equipment requires them.
- Voltage and phase rotation verified at every three-phase receptacle and motor connection before energizing — rotation mistakes damage equipment on the first start.
- As-built drawings and a labeled panel schedule so your maintenance team and the next contractor can work from documentation instead of guesswork.

How long does it take to get three-phase to my building?
The electrical work is often a matter of days; the utility timeline is what governs, and it can run weeks to months depending on transformer availability and whether the primary is already at your property. We tell you which situation you're in after the first site visit.
Can I convert single-phase equipment instead?
For one or two motors, a phase converter or VFD is sometimes the cheaper answer, and we'll say so. Once you have several motor loads or plan to expand, a real three-phase service costs less to run and stops limiting what equipment you can buy.
Do you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes — permitting, inspection scheduling, and the utility's own inspection sign-off are all part of the job. You get the approved documentation at closeout.
